Our registered users (“Members”) share Memoriam of their loved ones, and approve condolences / memoriam collected on-line.

  • We protect your personal information and will only provide it to third parties: (1) with your consent; (2) where it is necessary to carry out your instructions; (3) as reasonably necessary in order to provide further features and functionality to you; (4) as we reasonably believe is permitted by law or regulation; or (5) as necessary to enforce our User Agreement or protect the rights, property, or safety of FondMemories, OSMOS, its Members, and the public.

We may also ask for your credit card details if you purchase certain services.

        2. Posting a memory:

          When you decide to post a memory / Memoriam, we collect the following information from you about the deceased: 1) Name 2) Gender 3) City 4) Community 5) Birth date 6) Date of Bereavement 7) Photograph 8) Scanned copy of Death Certificate 9) Scanned Copy of memories Published in a NewsPaper


      The types of information listed below are always publicly available, and they are treated just like information you decided to make public:

      memories: This helps your friends and family find the memories you decided to publish. This memories displays the following details entered by you: 1) Name 2) Photograph 3) Date of Birth 4) Date of Death. If you are uncomfortable publishing this detail, please do not publish a memory here.

      Media: Once you publish a memory, and it is public, the memories is open to interaction from anyone who visits the site. They may choose to leave behind comments, upload images. The rights to accept/reject these are with you via your admin panel. You may either ignore or delete the media/comments you don't wish to publish.


      When you request information through this site or register with us, or buying a product, we may know some personal information about you. When emailing us, or subscribing for free news or information we need your e-mail address, name and other limited personal identifiers, typically name and contact number. If you chose to purchase information, goods, products or services, we will usually require some additional limited financial details. Where you request employment related services or products we will usually need limited data about personal identifiers, education, employment, family and financial details. Your personal data will be processed to provide information, goods, products and services you request in the form that you require. If we require sensitive personal data then we will ensure that the collection and use is in strict accordance with the “Information Technology Act” principles of data protection and data privacy.

      We will not pass your details, other that what is already in the public domain as declared above, to anyone else outside / OSMOS without your permission. If we look to use your personal data for a new purpose, beyond what it was originally provided for, we will ask for your consent.       OSMOS/ is committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. OSMOS/ does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 and OSMOS/ does not target its websites to children under 13.
